Pignasecca, Piazza Carità and Via Toledo are a short stroll—perfect for your Naples vacation on foot, among markets, churches and workshops.
The apartment is freshly renovated: calm and privacy inside, the city that sings outside. We’ll welcome you warmly, but you keep your independence: come and go, live Naples at your rhythm. Honestly? We couldn’t imagine a better location to visit Naples.

Our formula doesn’t include breakfast service—and there’s a simple reason: here, breakfast is the city. Every room has a fully equipped kitchenette: come back with the best of the market and prepare it your way, in calm and privacy.

Caruso is a very quiet room with a window overlooking the courtyard of the building. The room is located right at the entrance of our apartment. In your room you have a kitchenette with induction stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Smart TV and private bathroom. All new and just renovated.
Meri Luis is the Neapolitan room par excellence! The light coming from its balcony is wonderful. From there you can see the streets of Naples and the famous Piazza Carità. You could also have breakfast on your small balcony while fully experiencing the scents and voices of the historic center. The room has all the comforts with air conditioning and Smart TV. The bathroom and kitchen for private use are next to the room in an area for your exclusive use. We assure you excellent privacy and comfort.
Futura is located in the center of our apartment. A quiet location because its balcony and window overlook the inside of the building. It is a very large room where you will have access to a kitchen with induction hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. You will also have a nice private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. All just renovated.
We are really happy to be able to welcome tourists from all over the world to show them an authentic and beautiful Naples. We love our city and we love to do our best to make you feel at home.
